Where should the porta potty go?

Placement tips · Roy Rental Works

Level, firm ground

Grass, gravel, pavement or packed dirt all work. The ground must be level so the unit sits steady.

Within 25 feet of the truck

Pick a spot within about 25 feet of where the truck can park. Keep clear of low wires and parked cars.

Gates: 4 feet wide

A standard unit fits through a gate at least 4 feet wide. Wheelchair-accessible units and trailers need an open drive.

Mark the spot

Use a cone, flag or ribbon, or send a photo or map pin. GPS pins work for land with no address.

Wind and HOA

Units can be staked down in windy, open spots. In a neighborhood, check your HOA rules on placement first.
