About Roy Rental Works

Who is Roy Rental Works?

Roy Rental Works is a locally owned porta potty rental company in Columbia, South Carolina, run by Roy from a yard at 10014 Two Notch Rd in Northeast Columbia. Roy Rental Works rents standard, deluxe flushing and wheelchair-accessible porta potties, hand wash stations and restroom trailers across the Midlands.

We started this company because people who need a porta potty usually need it fast and need a straight answer. Too often they reach a call center in another state, wait on hold, and get a quote that grows at the end. We run it the other way: a local person answers, the price is itemized up front, and the same crew delivers, cleans and picks up.

How does Roy Rental Works handle a rental?

Roy Rental Works handles every rental with the same five habits: a live answer during open hours, an itemized quote before you pay, same-day delivery when you call by 12 PM, weekly service on monthly rentals, and billing that stops the day you call for pickup. Those habits come from listening to what renters dislike about porta potty companies.

• Straight answers. If we can’t make your time or your site, we say so on the call.
• No per-day surprises. Event rentals are one price for delivery, the event and pickup.
• Clean units. Every unit is pumped, scrubbed, sanitized and stocked before it leaves the yard.
• Your schedule. We answer the phone and run deliveries Monday through Saturday.
• No auto-billing traps. Monthly rentals stop billing the day you call.
