How do event porta potty rentals work?
Event porta potty rentals in Columbia are priced per rental, not per day. Roy Rental Works delivers the units the day before your event, the units stay through the event, and the crew picks them up the next business day. A Saturday birthday party and a Friday-to-Sunday reunion cost the same.
Because we deliver Monday through Saturday, weekend events can get a Saturday-morning drop. Sunday events are delivered Saturday and picked up Monday.

Do I need a permit for porta potties at my event?
Private parties on your own property usually need no porta potty permit. Public events, street closures and park events in the Midlands often need a special event permit that asks how many portable restrooms you will have. Where should porta potties go at a party?
Place party porta potties on level ground 50 to 100 feet from food and seating, downwind if you can, and close enough that guests see them. Keep the door side facing the guests, not a fence. Leave a clear path for the delivery truck, and add a lantern if the party runs past dark.

Saturday-morning delivery is available for Saturday events when you book ahead. Most weekend events are delivered Friday so the units are in place early.
What if my event gets rained out?
Call at least 24 hours before delivery to cancel for free or move the date at no charge. Once units are delivered, the rental is charged as booked.
Can you service the units during a two-day festival?
Mid-event service is available between festival days. A service visit pumps, cleans and restocks each unit, and is listed as a per-visit charge on your quote.
