Roy Rental Works collects only what we need to quote and deliver your rental: your name, phone number, delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity and headcount from the quote form, plus what you tell us on the phone. We never sell your information.
What we collect
- Quote form: name, phone, delivery ZIP, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guests or crew size, and the page you sent it from.
- Phone calls and texts: delivery address or GPS pin, placement notes, gate codes and the on-site contact you give us.
- Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- ZIP checker: the ZIP you type is checked in your browser and is not sent to us.
How the quote form works
The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that emails your request to us. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To call or text you about your quote and order
- To schedule delivery, service and pickup
- To send invoices, receipts and order confirmations
We do not send marketing texts or emails unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (form delivery, payment processing, phone service), or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not set tracking cookies, and fonts are hosted on our own server. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
Keeping and deleting data

Children
This site is for adults arranging rentals and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
