Neighborhoods and subdivisions we serve in Cayce
We deliver to all of Cayce's 29033 neighborhoods, including The Avenues, Churchill Heights, Edenwood and Riverland Park near the river. Many of these are older streets with narrow driveways. A standard unit fits through a gate at least 4 feet wide, so backyard placement often works on these lots.
- The Avenues
- Moss Creek
- Churchill Heights
- Concord Park
- Riverland Park
- Edenwood
- Glenwood
- Lucas Heights
- Broad Acres
On tight side yards, measure the gate before asking for backyard placement; wheelchair-accessible units need an open drive instead of a gate.
What should I plan for at Cayce Riverwalk and the boat landing?
Cayce Riverwalk Park and the Thomas A. Newman Boat Landing sit in the Congaree River floodplain. Rain can soften the ground and close low spots. Pick a level, firm spot near paved parking, such as the Riverwalk lot at 201 Naples Ave, and check the forecast before the event.
The Riverwalk and Timmerman Trail run about 8 miles along the river, so a unit at the trailhead lot serves walkers and guests alike. Units can be staked down in open, windy spots. If heavy rain threatens the site, date changes are free with 24 hours notice.
Do Cayce pavilion rentals and festivals need extra restrooms?
Cayce rents the Riverwalk Pavilion, Congaree Shelter and Granby Pavilion for private events, and bigger festivals fill Granby Gardens Park. For a pavilion party, our sizing method is 1 unit per 50 guests for up to 4 hours, plus 1 hand wash station per 4 units.
Cayce Fall Fest runs at Granby Gardens Park, 1800 12th St, in early October. Christmas in Cayce brings a tree lighting and Parade of Lights in December, and Tartan Day South comes in March. Organizers should read the Cayce special events ordinance and call City Hall at 803-796-9020.
Which porta potty fits common Cayce jobs?
Cayce jobs cluster around the river and the older neighborhoods. Pavilion parties need standard units and a hand wash station. Remodels in The Avenues or Edenwood need one standard unit with weekly service. Festival areas need a wheelchair-accessible unit in each cluster. The table below matches each Cayce job to a unit.

Cayce porta potty rental questions
Can you place a porta potty at the Cayce Riverwalk lot on Naples Ave?
The parking area at 201 Naples Ave is paved and reachable by truck, which suits a unit. Ask the City of Cayce about using the lot for a private event first. We set the unit on level pavement within about 25 feet of the truck.
What if the Congaree floods before my Cayce event?
Date changes are free with 24 hours notice, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before delivery. Watch the forecast for river-side spots in Cayce, and pick a higher, paved spot near parking.
Will a porta potty fit through the gate of an older Cayce home?
A standard unit is about 44 inches wide and fits through a gate at least 4 feet wide. Wheelchair-accessible units and trailers need an open drive. Clear low wires and parked cars from the path.
Who do I call about a special event permit in Cayce?
Cayce City Hall at 803-796-9020 handles special events under the city ordinance. Our itemized quote lists the units and the set and pickup dates for your paperwork.
Do I need a hand wash station for a Granby Gardens cookout?
A freestanding hand wash station with a foot pump needs no hookups and works on grass or pavement. Our method is 1 station per 4 units, so 1 station covers a small cookout with food.
