Towns and communities we serve in Newberry County
Newberry County is rural land along I-26, about 55 minutes northwest of our yard. We deliver to Newberry, Prosperity, Little Mountain, Pomaria and the smaller towns. Newberry County also includes Lake Murray shoreline and Dreher Island State Park. Next-day delivery is standard here.
Newberry County building inspection and events
Newberry County Building Inspection handles building permits for unincorporated land. A porta potty for a building site needs no permit of its own. OSHA still requires at least 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. Events inside Newberry city limits go through the city, so call first.
See the Newberry County Building Inspection FAQ. Downtown Newberry hosts Oktoberfest each October. Event planners should book units early that month.
Rural acreage and lake lots in Newberry County
Many Newberry County properties are 3 acres or more, often down long farm drives. Our truck must park within about 25 feet of the porta potty. Send a GPS pin and pick a level spot near the drive, not out in a soft field or down a slope.
Lake Murray and Lake Greenwood lots often slope to the water. A unit can be staked down in open, windy spots.
Because Newberry County is farther out, plan ahead. Call by mid-morning for the best chance at same-day delivery.

Newberry County porta potty questions
How far ahead should I book a porta potty in Newberry County?
Book Newberry County deliveries at least 1 day ahead, because next-day is our standard there. Same-day is often possible when you call early and a unit is open. Restroom trailers need 7 or more days of notice.
Do farm crews in Newberry County need hand wash stations too?
OSHA farm rules ask for 1 toilet and 1 hand wash station per 20 field workers. Both must be within a quarter-mile walk of the work. Large Newberry County fields may need units moved as the crew moves, so tell us the plan.
Can you set a porta potty in a hay field for a barn wedding?
A porta potty needs firm, level ground our truck can reach within about 25 feet. A mowed field edge near the farm drive usually works when the ground is dry. A restroom trailer needs a level spot, a 20-amp outlet and a garden hose.
Do you deliver to Dreher Island State Park in Newberry County?
We deliver to private lots near Dreher Island State Park on Lake Murray. For events inside a state park, ask the park office first. Park staff decide where outside units can go and when the truck can come in.
